Undated cans at 40 degrees (hotel reefer temp) into Brewery Vivant snifter
Aroma – coffee, coffee, coffee!
Head average (3.5 cm, aggressive pour), light brown, creamy, diminishing to four mm ring and thin layer
Lacing - none
Body – deep red-amber, clear
Flavor – coffee, somewhat tart, becoming slightly sweet. No hops, no malt, no alcohol, diacetyl
Palate medium, almost creamy, soft carbonation
