Enjoyed this one on tap. Hazy yellow-golden color reminiscent of so many high-quality NE IPAs. Mild amount of head with very nice lingering lacing. Smells faintly of hops. Tastes of floral and citrus hops, mild bitterness, slightly funky taste but nice and juicy and easy to drink. Thin creamy mouthfeel with mild carbonation.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours opaquely hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, white grape, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, white grape, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, white grape, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance; and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and light sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6.8%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with minimally bitter/drying finish. Amazingly soft mouthfeel for the style. Extremely juicy, light dank hop complexity; perfect malt balance, not overly sweet/heavy. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Amazing hop showcase. Being that they usually only make Belgian styles, they really nailed this out of the park.

16 ounce can, no date on can. Poured into tulip
Pours a flat orange, dull looking with thick and full white head. That head just lasts and laces. Citrus and pineapple on the nose. Pretty nice. Tastes like tropical fruits, papaya, some soft citrus, florals. All soft flavors. Unfortunately, the mouthfeel lacks here. Drinks nicely but without a cloudy feel. Overall, glad BV stepped out to try this style.
