Very nice, clean, crisp pilsner from a great local brewery. Pours a nice clear golden color with lots of fluffy white head and some impressive looking small rings of lingering lacing. Smells of malt, sweet corn, faint muddled fruit and piney hops and some caramel. Taste follows the nose, and there is good balance between the sweeter malt and corn with the weaker hoppiness. Smooth, thin, mild mouthfeel, goes down very easily. Good amount of carbonation. A well done offering!
