Unapologetic Fruit: Cran Apple Blueberry

L: Pours a clear reddish purple cranberry color with a very foamy white head and thick sheets of lacing on the glass.

S: Begins with a hint of farmhouse yeast, followed by strong apple, a touch of tart cranberry, and ending with a note of blueberry, smell is more tart than sweet.

T: Starts with some sweet blueberry, mixes with a tart sweet cranberry and then some apple to round things out, a slight farmhouse yeast but very fruity and quite reminiscent of fruit juice.

F: Carb is Smooth and feels a little lower, very easy drinking beer.

O: It's fruity and you for a moment accidentally think you grabbed the cranberry juice out of the fridge but it is a tasty beer.

 

Pours a beautiful dark, opaque blueberry purple. Nose is lacto sour, funk, tart cranberry and blueberry skin. Taste follows suit with a ripe blueberry overtone followed by delicious cranberry, apples, and sour base. Feel is silky smooth with a decent carb bite. I love this beer.

Pours a purple blueberry color with a reddish head. It smells like sour blueberries and green apples with a wild funk at the end. The taste is sour blueberries with that cranberry flavor and a nice funky finish that compliments the brew very well. It goes down very easily. Overall this is a very very very good beer.
