This West Coast Style DIPA utilizes locally grown and malted white wheat and Vienna malt, and hops chosen for their lower CO2 emissions during growing and processing-- Zappa, Comet, and Bravo. Expect flavors and aromas of passionfruit, mandarin, pineapple, and zesty grapefruit. The malts come from Great Lakes Malting, because of their focus on local agriculture. The hops are from farms in Yakima that have CO2 emission data and are known for their sustainability practices.
