Described as: This 3 to 1 blend from two of our favorite sours barrels brings hints of pepper and orange peel to the table, set on a sturdy oak backbone.
A - Almost like a dark IPA in color, large head on the pour. Color gets lighter once the yeast from the pour settles.
S- Oranges and a bit of spice. Nice sweet nose to the back end.
T- Sour up front, almost lambic. Back is quite citrus and a tiny bit sweet. Only a hint of pepper, but it spices up the palate. Very complex, good beer.
M - Tiny bit of bret. Finishes dry, but does not feel thing.
O - Best beer of the day, and one I hope to see on tap more often. Would not want to be without this one.
