This belgium ale is very sweet and grassy. It has a very desirable aroma & taste. It is a very clean and pleasing mouth feel. The color is very clear and gives a presentable look. Overall it is a light and pleasant ale. The shaved tail ale I hope is around for a long time because it is one of my favorites! You can get any of their beers to-go in "snarler" (32oz.) or "growler" (64oz.) sizes to-go.

Poured a dark yellow with a slight off white head. An aroma of some Belgian yeast and a little spiciness. Taste surprised me, pretty easy drinking but some nice flavor. Some Belgian yeast, some sweetness from the malt, and then a surprise hit of some hops in the finish. A medium body, decent activity. Overall, a solid beer.

We tried this one with friends Saturday afternoon up at the brewery in Loveland. Poured a clear amber color with a nice beige head on top. Aromas of light biscuit and light hops. On the palate, this one was light bodied, with some light hoppiness. Tasty and refreshing on an early summer evening.

A mediocre beer. This one might be more fun in the summer than a dark in winter as when I drank it. It's hops is nice but other than that I'm thinking there's not much there to enjoy.
Most of their other light beers are very nice however. Try it out though, it might just not be my cup of tea.
