Pours a beautiful bright red color with a thin head, clearly the beets imparted a huge influence on the color, no lacing on the glass.
Smell has an earthy aroma, strong beet aroma as expected, I'm surprised that it overwhelms so much of this beer so far, would have been nice to have some hop balance on the nose.
Taste is once again controlled by the beets, just beet it is quite accurate, medium carbonation, finishes dry.
While it's pretty to look at, it tended to be quite one note with beets being the dominate factor all around without much balance, a stronger citrus hop I think would have paired quite well.

EBF Sample. Really surprised at this one. Clean, fresh, vibrant without overpowering beet flavors. Try this one if you get a chance, it's quite good.

Tough beer to rate.
The color of beet juice, with a smell and taste of beets. Good mouthfeel and overall not bad. Might be good served cold on a hot summers day. A unique brew.
