Pours a dark brown, almost black color, very small head but enough carbonation seems to be present, no lacing on the glass.
Smell is rather sweet, malty but also sugary sweet to the nose, I can see how there might be a "cake" presence.
Taste is on the sweet side of stouts, decent carrot cake-like spiciness without being overbearing, sugary sweetness throughout but also not too heavy-handed to be cloying, decent carbonation levels, mouthfeel isn't as thick or creamy as other milk stouts.
