After 10 years in business, we thought it was about time we had a house IPA! As such, we are thrilled to introduce Rule The Roost (6.9% ABV)- our hazy house IPA, featuring flavors and aromas of sweet citrus, melon, and bright lemon, with a grassy and dank finish. This is a beer that will make any IPA lover shake their tail feathers!

Pours beautifully in the glass murk golden with a full fluffy head. Aroma is mild citrus, malty. Taste follows with this hazy firmly on the malt side of things: orange, melon, danky. Feel is citrusy sharp, smacky, danky, I love this brewery for its location on the Atlantic Ocean , it’s local farm fresh ingredients , I taste that Rye Beach ground water. Souvenir of vacation!

IPA - New England / Hazy
The golden malted grains are a bit heavy on the grainy side which throws off the balance to hops a bit, but I kinda like grainy. The hop is light orange peel and dank pine. This truly is a throwback IPA in many ways, except it's very smooth feel and haze.

Pale yellow and hazy. Smells: light, slightly sweet citrus. Really nice flavor - good hops edge with understated sweetness. Mouth feel verges on creamy. Very nice.

Perfect bubbles and appealing appearance. Great smell, nice hoppy taste. Bubbly feel. I love this beer.

Haven't had anything from these folks in nearly a decade since some seacoast friends helped get this brewery started. This undated can was left here at a party and I'm guessing is relatively fresh as it's got a gorgeous pour and lots of nice juicy aromas and flavors. Finish has a bit of a bite. Pleasantly surprised.
