consume before 06/02/2012. 0,75l bottle into long-stemmed tulip.
A: a little bit of haze in this otherwise clear golden brew. looks like some bottle conditioning was going on here, because the second pour is looking more like a saison. bright white head doesnt have great retention. some lacing.
S: sweet upfront. a little grassy. a lot of yeasty esters are coming through here. lemon. classic lager malty aromas.
T: starts with a tang of sweetness. crisp and crackling. reminds me of champagne. finish has a decent bitterness to it. finish is clean and dry.
M: mouthfeel is clean and seems pretty tame. maybe a little too tame for a lager. light bodied.
D: im really enjoying this lager. my girlfriend brought me a few brews back from a work trip to Italy and this is the standout for me. i mean seriously, who bottle conditions a euro lager? fucking tight. good flavors, easy drinking, exactly what this style should be.

Brewed by Manerba Brewery.
Golden yellow, quite veiled. Decent white foam.
At the nose a faint maltiness, and non more. A very faint hop, if you search very hard for it.
Not bad in se, but without any flavour. Just some fizzyness. And maybe even a bit of fruitiness (apricot).
Some yeast, too, but it is a beer without strucuture, and without too much sense.
Not worth the 10 euro.
