Pours copper with a small head.
Nose shows grapes, heavy sweet malt, a little booze, spicy hops and golden syrup.
Rich flavours but a little rough. A fair bit of syrupy malt, some spicy hops and sultanas.

A - Pours a deep clear copper colour with an off white head that reduces quick.
S - Booze and nice malts with some barbecue type malts. reminds me of burger rings !
T - Nice smooth malty start with a boozy mid palate. the finish is nicely malty and bitter. Slight signs of citrus and Belgian yeast.
M - Medium to full body with low to medium carbonation
O - I really dig this brew. Its strange but it works !

Odd odd brew.
Very light copper, completely clear. Legs not lace and bubbles slide down glass. Just real odd.
Apricots and hops and little malt, then bitter harsh hops eventuate. sweet n sour.
Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation.
Certainly not English style barley wine, more like a sweet IPA.

Pours a bronze copper hue with a white two finger head and subtle lacing, the smell is piney hops, boiled candy and berries, the mouthfeel is full bodied with slight carbonation which suits nicely and the tastes are piney hops, fruit cake, berries and finished with a likeness to a fine brandy boozy, warming yet with a touch of fruity sweetness and overall a nice boozy barleywine well worth a taste cheers.
