A: Beautiful clear ruby brown colour. Not much head.
S: Peach, smoke, rye (claims to be rye less)
T: Tart rye malt. Wonderful complex smokey charcoal finish. Bit of candied fig and bacon.
M: Medium mouthfeel with a nice rye like tart and dry finish.
O: Very interesting beer with lots of lovely complex flavors. Would drink a couple of these.

Pours copper with a large, lasting head.
Nose shows lots of sweet darker malt. Bready and toasty notes with big melanoidin sweetness.
Different flavours, a lot less sweet, although some of the bready malt remains. Some earthy hops present themselves followed by an assertive but balanced bitterness.
Too much carbonation.
