Copenhagen 2/4 2016. 33 cl bottle from Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Pretty morbid label with a axeman and chopped off roosters head.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a very big foamy head. Stable Settles as a 2 cm thick creamy crown of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Strong fruity aroma. Sweet exotic fruit. Peach, passion fruit with a nice tart citric touch.
Medium strong carbonation and a slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor has a pronounced bitterness and only a subdued sweetness. Lingering and long bitter aftertaste with a semi dry finish.
Nice APA - even if the rooster had to donate its head.
