On tap at BC's Pizza & Beer
A: Pours reddish brown with a frothy light than head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little light lacing.
S: Smells like a fancy cup of coffee, lots of vanilla, brown sugar caramel almost maple like sweetness, and smooth coffee, with just a hint of toasty malt.
T: Vanilla, smooth coffee, brown sugar, caramel, and kinda maple sweetness, toasted malt, fruity notes buried in there, and a touch of earthy hops. Sweetness can feel like a bit much by the end of the pint.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly creamy.
O: A bit on the sweet side, but pretty enjoyable.
