On tap at BC's Pizza & Beer
A: Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some nice lacing.
S: Dank herbal notes, grassy, some citrus, a little pine, and a touch of sweetness.
T: Citrus, grapefruit zest and a little lemon, pine, dank herbal notes, tropical fruit that comes out from hiding as it warms, pineapple, mango, orange, backed with bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Amped up version of a local favorite. I wish a little more of the Amarillo character came out in the smell though.
