Another thanks to SkunkDrool for this 16 oz. can. It looks delicious. New brewery for me.
The pour is an unfiltered orange (vs. a hazy orange – look the words up if you need to, I’ll wait). Persistent head, for those that like such things. Certainly has a white wine aroma to it. Nice.
TDH Sherman – Nelson Sauvin highlights these hops in a marvelous way. The white wine in the aroma comes through robustly in the taste, along with moderate bitterness,…and that’s it.
This is basically a unicellular organism writlarge. So simple, but so tasty, along with the addition of (gasp) bitterness to the IPA genre. Freakin’ excellent.

Amazing beer. Spectacular really. What is preventing this from a perfect score is the smell being a little lacking and the Nelson not coming thru strong enough. World class brew, but does not showcase the Nelson hop in a manner that Alpines nelson does.
