We have taken the phrase “Cool as a Cucumber” to the next level. Cucumbier is a cool crisp Pilsner made the traditional way using Bohemian malts, and Saaz hops. A subtle cucumber flavor rolls gently into grassy notes of the hops, and then finishes soft and smooth. We hand peel and juice hundreds of pounds of locally sourced organic cucumbers to produce this well balanced, exceptional lager. Cucumbier is perfect for floating down the river, hiking in the high Sierra, or simply barbecuing in your backyard. Enjoy!

Can.

A: Moderate cucumber upfront, followed by lightly floral, grassy hop aromas.

A: Gold color, clear, with a rocky, white head that quickly dissipates into the glass.

T: Crisp, moderate cucumber flavor, coupled with a light, malt sweetness, slightly grainy, with moderate hop bitterness and semi-dry finish.

M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Tasty; the beer is refreshing with a great cucumber character while retaining its pilsner essence.

Look: Nice light color, yellowish.

Smell: Get the cucumber right off the bat but it isn't overwhelming.

Taste: Served very cold. Very crisp, refreshing, light cucumber taste. Kind of a bad after taste but that might have been the cucumber. I am not sure if they brewed with the actual cucumber or a concentrated juice or what not. The more I have drank this beer the more better it has tasted for me.

Feel: Nice crisp taste. Pairs real well with a hot day, red beer, mixer for another spin on another drink.

Overall: Decent beer. Great to mix with, on its own its to each their own. You will either love it or hate it. Cheers!

Very crisp, extremely refreshing beer. The cucumber is the star here and it comes through at just the right level. Body is light with a mouthfeel that accompanies the crisp taste. Very well executed. Great warm weather/outdoor beer
