Not only is this our first ever packaged Double IPA, but it is a nod to some of the great brewers from Vermont with our West Coast twist. WCV is a cryo hopped DIPA using simcoe and mosaic and fermented with Vermont Ale Yeast. Orange and Pineapple surround each sip.

Pours a hazy turbid deep peach/orange. Decent white foam head that laces the glass. Nose is of very mellow tropical fruit and bready malts. Taste of over ripe mangos, papayas and light pinnaple. Extreamly mellow, next to no bite or kick from this one. A bit muddled because of this. It's good but would like it fell more fresh and bright. Excellent creamy body that finishes semi dry.
