Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Company

From the Orchard gets its name from the glorious stone fruit that was used to make the beer. We have some amazing produce grown in our valley and this batch was brewed with local La Grand nectarines and Sun Crest peaches from our neighbors at Masumoto Family Farm. This Berliner Weiss was brewed with white wheat and pilsner malt giving it bright texture, then kettle soured giving the beer most of it's tart flavor. The stone fruit highlights rolling flavors of sweetness harmonizing with the tartness.
