Get S’more is our elegantly delicious milk stout that is meant to be the second variant in our dessert stout series. We infuse our milk stout on organic Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and natural marshmallow flavor to represent a similar experience of a s’more. The perfect beer for sharing with friends over an open fire or as a dessert.

Bomber at share. Near black pour with collar of tan head. Aroma is chocolate, vanilla with supporting roasty malts. Taste is chocolate and marshmallow, sweet, only thing missing is the graham crackers.

On tap at Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co
A: Pours dark brown, nearly black, with a frothy tan head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Roasty, marshmallow, strong vanilla bean, a hint of bourbon, chocolate, earthy, dried fruit, and caramel sweetness.
T: Roasty, chocolate, lots of vanilla, a touch of marshmallow, underlying dried fruit, dates, a hint of bourbon, a bit earthy, faint char, and some caramel sweetness with a little alcohol poking through as it warms.
M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, slightly prickly carbonation, a little creamy.
O: Been wanting to try this one for a while. I love the idea, but I feel like they could clean this up a bit to give a better impression of s'mores. I'm thinking they might have overdone it with the vanilla beans on this batch and that's throwing it off.
