1.21 Gigawatts Imperial Oatmeal Stout is a collaboration between us and our friends over at Seven Stills that is the start of a project that is greater than the sum of it's parts. Thicc by design, this stout originated as a concept to create one of the richest and full bodied stouts to ever be distilled into whiskey. Enjoy this beer from us in its original form as an Imperial Stout or in its whiskey from our friends at 7S in San Francisco.

Bomber at share, with the other beers in this series. Black pour, silky, a few stray beige bubbles. Dark, roasty malt aroma, minor sweetness, some chocolate. Taste comesin on a creamy body, light roasty bitterness tempered by sweetness. Simple but fantastic.
