Can poured into a Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Super fruity, orchard fruit, citrus, and tropical fruit, grassy, faintly earthy, biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
T: Uniquely fruity, leads with a mix of orchard fruit, tropical fruit, and citrus, apricot, lemon, lime, pear, Fuji apple, mango, papaya, and hints of berries, underlying grassy earthy notes, biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate.
O: I can't say that I've experienced a flavor combo quite like this one before, but it works quite nicely. Very cool milestone beer. Cheers to 2,000 more batches TS!
