Can poured into a Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a frothy pale tan head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Southern Hemisphere diesel, grassy slightly dank herbal notes, a little pine, solid hit of exotic tropical and stone fruit, white grape, some citrus, slightly toasty bready malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: This one screams Southern Hemisphere right into your mouth. Plenty of exotic fruit, gooseberry, passion fruit, mango, apricot, white grape, and peach, citrus, lemon, lime, and tangerine, grassy, herbal pine, a hint of diesel, faintly toasty bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I've become so used to seeing these hops thrown mostly into juicy NE styles recently so it's refreshing to get a West Coast style. Nicely balanced
