Can poured into a Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Tropical fruit, big pineapple, a little citrus, a touch of resinous pine, biscuity bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Juicy, tropical fruit, tons of pineapple plus some peach, apricot, guava, papaya, mango, and a hint of melon and maybe even strawberry, citrus, lemon, lime, and tangerine, resinous pine, biscuity bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, alcohol is very well hidden.
O: Hands down the best big IPA I've had from Tioga. Well done.
