Forest Strong represents the pride, strength, and resiliency of no only our forest community, but the community of the entire Central Valley. To show our brewery's passion and dedication to our beautiful backyard we have created this Amarillo hopped session pale ale and pledged to give back through the Central Sierra Resiliency fund and out 1% For the Planet commitment. Can poured into a Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Citrus, a little tropical and stone fruit, slightly floral, biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous, citrus, grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime, floral, a touch of tropical and stone fruit, mango, apricot, peach, and a touch of passion fruit, bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Good beer for a good cause.
