The Hotel Collins was located just outside of the old southern pacific rail station on Tulare Street in Downtown Fresno. By way of the train, the hotel was the first place most Irish immigrants and people of Irish heritage ever visited, stayed, or drank in Fresno. Our dark and creamy Irish Stout is a tribute to this historic building and a local celebration of Saint Patrick's Day.

Can poured into a Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours dark brown, nearly black, with a frothy cocoa brown head that settles to a light layer and settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Earthy, roasty, char, black coffee, slight herbal notes, and a faint hint of burnt sugar.
T: Roasty, a bit of char, black coffee, earthy herbal notes, faint hints of dark fruit, and a touch of burnt sugar.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Solid St. Paddy's Day offering. I'd love to see what it is like on nitro.
