Appearance - Pours hazy and slightly rusted orange with an off-white, near finger width head that holds for a good amount of time before dying down to
Smell - Juicy, tropical aroma with notes of pineapple, orange, mango and a hint of yeast.
Taste - Follows the nose. Primarily notes of pineapple and orange, with lesser mango a touch of melon. Hint of spice and a trace of pine. Finish brings a light yeast character along with underlying bready qualities. Aftertaste lingers with fading fruit and bready sweetness.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with low-to-fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a slightly dry, 'touch of chalk' finish.
Overall - Good, tasty hazy IPA, though also fairly par for the course in terms of stylistic approach. In other words, it's what you look for in a hazy IPA, though it's also not gonna wow you. Still, it's a nice one.
