Our nearly 3 year stout project with our friends from Seven Stills has finally reached its culmination. This rich, velvety, and decadent imperial oatmeal stout was conditioned on Seven Stills 1.21 GW whiskey barrels for 15 months (whiskey distilled from the base recipe beer). flavors of sweet vanilla, oak, whiskey, and dark chocolate surround each sip.

Bottle at share with whiskey pairings. Silky jet black pour, a few stray bubbles. Big whiskey aroma, roasty, chocolate, vanilla too. Taste come sin boozy and warm, sweet, bourbon, cocoa, coffee. Velvety body, creamy.
