This DIPA is heavy on citrus rind and pineapple notes, with a bit of mango to back it up. Very “tropical”. Light bodied, with an assertive bitterness.

On tap at Tioga Sequoia Brewing
A: Pours faintly hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Dank, herbal, grassy, resinous, pine, citrus zest, faint tropical and stone fruit, and bread malt.
T: Resinous pine, dank herbal earthy notes, citrus peel, grapefruit plus a little lemon and tangerine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, apricot, mango, peach, and passion fruit, bready malt, and the lightest hit of caramel sweetness on an otherwise dry finish.
M: Just a touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Really solid West Coast DIPA
