Chocolate Milk Stout

Medium mouth feel - not too heavy to fill you up but not too light so it retains the stout feel. Smell is very nice - heavy on the chocolate fading into a light coffee aroma. Upon taking into your mouth,there is a strong sweet chocolate flavor followed by a creaminess that lingers while you "chew" it. After you finish the swig, the chocolate milk taste lungs but as that fades, the coffee undertones hit. Very nicely done! Growler purchased!

 

 

Best beer I've tried from Von Jakob's so far. Has a rich body, sweet overall flavor with mild roasted character. Fair amount of chocolate with an oat-like body and texture. Well carbonated and smooth feel.
