Pale, spicy, fruity and refreshing. This beer
pairs a light malt sweetness against this specialty German
Weizen yeast strain. Paul and hers is light on the palate,
highly effervescent, yet packed with flavor. Spicy clove-
like flavors along with subtle banana and tropical fruit flavors
are evident from aroma to finish. Minimal hop bitterness.
Very lightly tart.

Simply lacks body, malt character, yeast and citrus flavor. All are essential to a tasty hefeweizen.

A: Pours a clear golden/orange color. A small white head forms with light lace.
S: Musky, slightly dank yeast with plenty of fruits. Estery oranges, citrus, and lemon.
T: Citrusy sweet. Some oranges and lemons. Not much else. I am not really getting any Hefeweizen character here.
M/D: A medium body and crisp. Slightly watery though. Easy to drink if I wanted to.
Not bad, but not really a Hefeweizen. It seems filtered, and there is no characteristic clove or banana to it. This is one beer I would expect esters, but more banana than anything else.
