Rich, dark beer. Taste of coffee and chocolate from 4 varieties of malt, 2-row brewers malt, English Chocolate, black malt and roasted barley. Great hop flavor and aroma from Liberty and East Kent Goldings Hops. Smooth, what a Stout should be.

A: Pours a cloudy dark red, almost brown color. A one finger tan head forms, but recedes in a second. No lace.
S: Musky, fruity, odd metallic aromas. No roast or anything that I would call a stout.
T: Again with the fruity esters that pop up in all their beers. Light toasted malt, and not much else. No roast, coffee, or chocolate. Not much of a stout.
M/D: A light to medium body. Higher carbonation, but to watery. Not something I want to revisit.
A poorly made stout as far as I am concerned. Not something I would recommend.
