Mosaic Double IPA Experiment
L - pours a murky brownish orange. Not exactly pretty to look at, although I am a fan of murk.
S - honey and orange marmalade. Maybe some lime. Butter and bread crumbs.
T - soft in flavor. Distinct mosaic crackery breadiness with a bit of spice. Orange peel with the bitterness to go along with it! Has a sweet, candy-like backbone. Reminds me of orange slices but with more of a bitter bite. Finishes dry. Bone dry.
F - creamy but not thick and viscous. Actually feels quite lovely. Soft and velvety like a freshly groomed cat.
O - again impressed with Benny's latest experiment. Great showcase of mosaic with a hell of a bitter punch on the finish. Mouthfeel is just sublime.
