Poured following a swirl into a fluted glass: color is straw, good opaque look with 2 finger bright white head with fine small bubbles; head dissipates to thin top and small lacing on the glass.
Smell is has a bit of funk to it, mainly a fruity and off note from the yeast, could be age or could be just the yeast byproduct; light wheat and some hints of spice.
Taste is simple, pleasant to style: light wheat, some spice, hint of orange zest, yeast leaves it pretty dry.
Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated, pleasant sweetness and then dry finish.
Overall a very good wit with a slightly tart, funky aroma.

The beer pours a pale straw color with a thick frothy white head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a light and fruity, pale and wheat malt scent along with a good deal of Belgian yeast esters. The bitter orange peel and coriander add a bit of depth and round out the aroma. The taste is good as well. It has a smooth, pale and wheat malt flavor; light yet crisp and refreshing. It goes down quick and easy with an excellent Belgian yeast fruitiness in the finish. There are some spices present, but just enough to be noticed. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a good drinking beer and a pleasant surprise. This little, out of the way brewery is pretty solid.
