The beer pours a translucent dark golden/amber color with a thick frothy white head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a crisp pilsner malt scent along with a light crystal malt sweetness. It's subtle, yet enough to lend adequate character. The hops are present, but just enough to add balance. The taste is good as well. It's dry and super crisp with a really nice hop character. The sweetness from the crystal malts is noticeable, but subdued and only adds a layer complexity. The mouthfeel is perfect. It's a low bodied beer with good carbonation. This a highly drinkable amber lager. It's flavorful and flawless.
