Gold in color with a light sedimentary haze. There's a quarter inch of densely packed bright white head. Moderate lacing. I smell grassy German hops and cracker like light malt. The flavor has a touch of lemony to grassy hops and some light cracker like malt. That grassy to lightly lemon hops flavor lingers after the fade. The mouth is gentle, crisp, and smooth.

Pours a hazed bronzewith 2+ fingers of ivory colored head. Nice head retention & lacing
S: Grassy & bready
T: Follows the nose, a little pear as well up front. Grassy, grainy with slight bready sweetness as this warms. Finishes sopay, grassy with a little pear & white grape, plus dryness
MF: Medium body, firm carbonation that softens up as it warms
A good easy drinking Pils

This brew is golden in color, lightly hazy, with a white head and lots of lace. The aroma is fruity...citrus, peach, a bit of orange blossom. The taste is moderately bitter, with lots of fresh-baked-bread notes. Nice finishing bitterness. Clean and medium in body. An excellent beer, and it bit more earthy than other UCBC pilseners.

16oz bottle. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It smelled floral with caramel and toffee. Sweet caramel with a sharp bitterness.

Aroma is Noble hops and malts. The flavor is Noble hops, malts, citrus, light fruit and a mix of light tartness and rather dry/slightly astringent in the finish
