Pours an effervescent bronze with 2+ fingers of rocky ivory colored head. Hazes up as the bottle drains, very nice head retention & lacing
S: Bready, faint pineapple, bulds as it warms, alittle white grape
T: Bready, grassy, a little dry & citrussy ( grapefruit) up front. Grassy, catty, grapefruit & tangerine as this warms, along a little pear & breadyness. Finishes citrussy, a little dry, a little pear & pine as well
Drinks easy, a pleasant IPA
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation , good balance

Hazy and gold with lots of floaties and a tall white head. Great lace. The aroma is clean and hoppy. Floral, with some orange peel and pale malt undertones. Plenty of malt sweetness in the foretaste. A little fresh-hop leafy bitterness comes out as you taste the beer, with an underlying resin-like note. Lots going on here. Medium in body and very drinkable. I enjoy this series....lots to get out of changes in ingredients.

16oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of piney, grassy hops with toasted caramel. Sweet citrusy taste up front with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.

Deep gold in color with a faint amount of moderately sized sediment visible inside. There's a fingernail of off-white head covering most of the top. Moderate lacing. Strangely for an IPA, the primary aroma is of lightly bready to honey flavored malt with just a faint hint of citrus hops barely detectable. I'm tasting a lot of that sourdough bready malt and the citrus hops are playing a faint background note on the palate. The mouth is very light and quaffable. This is not an IPA and once you get past that the taste is pretty good. If you were wanting an IPA, you will be disappointed. I have to rate it as an IPA, though as that is what they advertise. Alternate rating (Belgian Pale Ale: Look: 4.25, Smell: 3.75, Taste: 4, Feel: 3.75, Overall: 4).
