brewed in collaboration with some of the other most notable breweries in the area, this is a neat beer, a hoppy brown ale that still has a yeast profile to it, quite complex but also fairly easy drinking with the lighter body. the grain base is cool, caramely for a brown, but also with some cocoa and some spice to it, maybe a pinch of rye or something in here contributing this nuance. notes of honey and molasses, but not overly sweet, as well as a bran sort of grain character. the hops are less in the experience than they make it sound, and while i found it to have some bitter balance at the end, it wasnt as hop forward as i would expect with "india" in the name. a bit underwhelming there. english yeast vibe, but pretty subtle, kind of nutty and baked at the same time. really bright carbonation is nice, long malty finish, and overall a rather interesting way to pack a lot of elements into one drinkable beer. complex for a brown, neat grain layers, clean, very good. seems a little out of place in the lineup here, but i liked the beer pretty well!

Dark brown with copper highlights and a quarter inch of thick, creamy beige head. Moderate lacing. I smell caramel, dark malt, chestnuts, and black licorice, I'm tasting chestnuts and caramel with just a hint of piney hops at the finish. The mouth is lightly sticky and chewy.

Surprisingly bubbly, smells of hops, very complex taste, brown ale in the body but alot of uniqueness in the front and at the end. Great beer.
Taste Rating in Words: It's a great, well put together movie, that has comedy, drama, and action all well blended together.

Pours a dark brown with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. No discernable aroma. Taste is smooth and slightly dry. Good mouth feel. Not overly bitter.

Pours an effervescent scarlet with 3 fingers of cream colored head. Clears for the most part, great head retention & lacing
S: Penolic yeast & peppery notes
T: Follows the nose, toastyness & dryness up front. Herbal & woody hop bitterness mix with phenols as this warms, along with some clove as this warms, some toasty notes too. Finishhes with peppery/yeasty & dry
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation
Not really seeing the Indian aspect on this, seems more Belgian than anything else, not impressed

This collaboration beer is a ruddy brown, somewhat hazy. The aroma has light caramel, light roast notes. The taste is balanced, if not just a little dry. Decent yeast and earth , wood, nut, and malt flavor. Light bitterness and a fair hop finish. Nice.

Poured a clear, brown color with a two-finger, bubbly head of foam. It smelled of bready malt and some grassy hops. Slightly piney taste with sweet toffee and caramel.

Pours a clear dark brown color. One inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of spicy hops, rye, rosemary, sweet malt, alcohol, hint of tea, hint of spice, hint of fruit, and a hint of grass. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean with an average carbonation level. There is also a dryness. Tastes of spicy hops, rye, rosemary, sweet malt, alcohol, hint of tea, hint of spice, hint of fruit, and a hint of grass. Overall, great appearance, good complexity and feel, but only decent body and blend.
