Light copper to light brown with a bit of haziness in the complexion. There's a quarter inch of eggshell white on top. I'm smelling banana esters and pale wheat. This nose is fairly dialed in. I'm tasting faint bubblegum and banana esters along with wheat. The mouth is creamy and silky smooth.

Pours a gold color with a foamy tan head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is cloves and bananas. Tart taste of banana and other fruits. Finishes dry. Creamy mouth feel.

A beer that is simple, yet layered, it gains different taste characteristics as the beer warm. banana and clove that doesn't stick around long enough for you to be sick of it but just enough to appreciate it. A great beer.

Taste Rating in Words: It's just enough rain that you don't have to water the grass but not to much that your weekend is gone.

Pours an effervescent honey color with 3+ finger of eggshell colored head. Traces of head retention & lacing

S: Cloves, green banana peels,

T: Follows the nose, bready/wheaty dryness, faint juicy fruit as well up front. Green banana, a little tart wheat & juicy-fruit & a little dryness as this warms. Finishes a little dry, with faint juicy-fruit & slightly fainter green banana peel

MF: Medium body, fairly lively carbonation

A solid hefe, drinks easy

Pours a hazy gold color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and good lacing. Smells of strong wheat, strong clove, pale malt, hint of sweet malt, yeast, and hint of hop. Fits the style of a Hefeweizen. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong wheat, strong clove, pale malt, hint of sweet malt, yeast, and hint of hop. Overall, average appearance, decent aroma, body, but too much clove.

From a recent mix-pack, this brew is packaged in euro-bottles. The brew is a honey-colored liquid, hazy and capped with an ever-lasting thick white head. The aroma has a huge clove/banana hefe scent. Light wheat and malt are notable in the taste...balance. Wheat twang is present in the mid-taste and the finish is abrupt. Well-done.

Poured out a golden amber color with a small tan head of foam. It smelled of banana, clove and yeastiness. Nice sweet flavor up front with a good dose of banana and clove.
