Few sips from the wife at the Bierhall. I don’t often drink this style but it’s pretty darn good. Better than the average score would indicate. Would order on my own.

Pale golden hued with a hazy complexion. There’s a fingernail of off white around a quarter of the rim and covering two thirds of the top. The aroma of pale wheat with just a bit of orange, so as to not overwhelm. I’m tasting pale wheat with an ever more subtle bit of orange than the nose indicated. The mouth is light and easygoing, yet not thin. You could easily have a few of these over and afternoon and not overdo it and yet still have plenty of flavor to enjoy.

From a twelve ounce can (unusual for this brewery, that seems to favor 16 ounce cans), this beer is a very bright, but hazy yellow color. The head is tall, rocky, and brilliantly white. The aroma has a lot of citrus...notes of orange zest. The taste is crisp and balanced, but somewhat light. Plenty of citrus in the flavor, along with a bit of wheat twang. All in all, this beer supposed to be the brewery's low calorie offering, and it seems meager and unsatisfying, compared to their platform brews.
