Had on tap at the brewery.
Pours a dark opaque brown with a thick foamy off-white head. Head did dissipate somewhat, but never went away.
Smell had aromas of dark roasted malts, roasted nuts, clove, mulling spice, and peppery yeast.
Taste followed the nose as anticipated with a nice array of flavors of roasted malts, roasted nuts, clove and a strong peppery yeast. Undertones of spice throughout with a mild hoppy bitterness on the finish combined with the peppery yeast provided a dry finish. Little brown sugar like sweetness throughout compliments the spice well.
Feel was medium bodied, with medium carbonation. Carbonation and spicy yeast left a slight tingle on the tongue that was pleasant.
Overall a wonderfully done Weizenbock. I'd definitely pick this one up again.

Dark brown with Lighter foam head. Mix of light malt roast and some wheat on the smell. Taste was the same with a good balance on the malt and wheat mix. Good, medium mouthful. Very Nice.

I had this beer on tap, at the brewery. It is a dark brown with a thin tan head. The aroma is of lightly roasted wheat, and the taste has more malt than I expected. There is an omnipresent wheat twang, however, and lots of grain character. The beer is medium in body and very smooth for the style. Excellent.

Bottle from gregwilsonstl, thanks for the opportunity!
Slightly hazy copper color with a decent sized off white head. Caramel and big fruity notes offset with a spicy earthy yeasty taste. Nice Weizenbock.

Pours caramel with 2+ fingers of tan head. Murks up a bit, minimal head retention & lacing
S: Green banana, brown bread
T: Follows the nose, dryness & brown sugar up front, plus leafy hops, a little booze as well. Cloves, band-aids, phenols, then a little brown bread & green banana as this warms. Finishes with green banana, phenols, dryness & woody/herbal hops on the fringe
MF: Medium/thick body, moderate carbonation
Drinks well for the style, fairly accurate & well worth a go

Murky brown in color with a fingernail of khaki head around the rim and covering very little of anything else. Aroma of wheat and banana esters. The flavor is is a blend of wheat and banana esters but is fairly muddled tasting. The mouth is a bit carbonated and lightly chewy.

A - Poured a clear, deep chestnut color with a large, tan head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace.
S - It smelled of malt, clove and wheat.
T - Malty with a strong clove presence to go along with a nice cracked wheat flavor.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. It was medium bodied.
D - This is really good.
