Enjoyed on-tap @ Urban Chestnut Brewing Company in St. Louis, MO for $5.50. Tapped from the Blue/Orange Wooden Tap Handle into a Tall Pilsner Glass.
Aroma- Strong sweet malts, not much else.. know its going to be refreshing flavor. No diacetyl, DMS, but then also no acidity.
Appearance- Received with a 4 finger of frothy head that has GREAT retention. Very hazy body but nice light golden color. Leaves big time lacing.
Flavor- As clean as it gets, no sour qualities coming out but has a nice breaded background. Very low hop bitterness (if any) and is a dry finish.
Mouthfeel- Light Bodied, High Carbonation, Smooth, and finishes very dry once again.
Overall Impression- One of the best refreshing beers from here! The only thing I had troubles with this one is that there was no tartness/sour qualities throughout, whether the nose or drink... I will be having again and maybe this changes batch by batch? Good brew either way!
