Carbonated, hazy, yellow-gold, and topped with a huge white head....amazing. The head is full, thick, and blanket-like. The aroma is floral...fresh blossoms...backed with a bit of twang and some light spice. Wheat, orange peel, and spice (coriander) are notable. Medium-light in body. This is another great brew from this brewery.

L: Hazy straw gold color, didn't pour with much of a head and what was there dissipated pretty quickly. No lacing on the glass.
S: Lots of banana and bubblegum in the nose. Nice notes of clove and wheat also in the nose. Very little hop character.
T: A nice wheatiness with lots of banana and bubblegum. The clove is definitely noticeable.
F: Medium body and medium creamy carbonation
O: This is a really tasty witbier, though the appearance leaves a little to be desired.

Layers of crisp, vibrant wheat and fresh, sweet & tangy citrus all wrapped up in a smooth and easy drinking profile. Urban Chestnut does it again with a beer that you could easily throw back a large mug of, without feeling heavy or overly filling.

500mL bottle into a pint glass
A - tall white frothy head that dissipates very slowly. cloudy beer that is pale straw in color. moderate carbonation with bubbles that rise moderately quickly. 3.75/5
S - banana ester up front followed by clove and white bread. somewhat sweet with herbal hops. 3.75/5
T - banana up front moving to clove and then to a light white bread note. clean finish with minimal hop bitterness. hops seem to be herbal in flavor. beer is a bit tart with a slight spiciness. expected more orange peel based on the description. 3.75/5
M - very smooth but with slight carbonation burn. leaves mouth wet. medium bodied. moderate carbonation. 4/5
O - good offering but not what i expected based on the bottle description. smooth and wheaty with nice banana & clove from the yeast. more banana than orange. 3.75/5
