This is a new Single Hop Pale Ale that was recently added to the UCBC menu. I'm not sure if this is a limited run or not. It's named Centennial because of the use of Centennial Hops, as part of UCBC's single hop series. The beer had the slightly bitter taste that one would expect from an ale, but with a touch of fruity flavor.
