A: Nice clear lemon coloring, with a gentle rise of effervesce. Chalky white head, 0.5 inch, moderately lasting.
S: The nose was soft hay and pilsner grains, lightly dry, fresh noble flowers, mostly keeping to German standards, light scent, clean, with the base malt being subtle and respectable to style.
T: The flavor showed an initial flash of sweet pilsner grains followed by some noble flowery hops, lightly dry, with a flowery bitterness bite at the end. Clean malt bill, traditional hop usage and levels keep this a traditional but tastey experience for the true german pilsner drinker.
M: Crisp, light bodied and well suited to style.
O: A nice old world German pilsner, keeping to guidelines and tradition. Nice dryness of grains and German hops on finish with a crisp drinking experience to beat the Pa heat.
