Pours golden yellow with slight head. Smell is of herbal and spice hops with some malt balance. Taste is the same, but stronger and more clearly defined. Feel is a touch dry but quite sticky. I remember being crazy for Big Muddy's Galaxy until I stopped drinking it for a while. This tastes like what it had the potential to be. Not the highest quality IPA ever, but for Galaxy hop lovers, it's a must-have.

-Growler. Wishing for my spiegelau, all I have is a pounder.
A: Good clarity with a small dirty white head that quickly lapses. Poured from a growler within 1 hr. has a small amount of carbonation presence and very little head formation. Weak lacing. Coloring is mid orange.
S: Even without my specialty glass, this still comes off rather good aromatically. Wet citrus-grapefruit are abundant, with wet fruitiness. Lemony-oranges have a good awareness factor, with a citrusy lemon finish.
T: The flavor was clean, bringing out a bit of tropical fruit and orange twang. Fresh citrus is wet along with some pineapple and dry mangoes. Things end with a flowery farewell of citrus hops that linger slightly.
M: Medium body drink, some chewiness on the malts, with a nice crisp substance and crispness.
O: It’s really hard to go wrong with the galaxy hops. Seems to be the new craze, as I just sampled about 5-6 drinks that prominently display this particular hop. Growler bought, growler approved, with a great drink-ability factor and show of the galaxy hop fruitiness. Cleanly brewed, clean bitterness and keeps it’s enjoyment for the entire contents, so a worthy buy here.
