Golden color with a thin head with short retention and apparent carbonation.
Aroma with notes of malt juice, mild honey, distant corn with butter and some floral hops.
Flavor with notes of malt juice, some floral hops, some earthiness, a bit of corn with butter and oxidized orange drops. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Watery body with appropriate carbonation.
Thirst quencher Pale Lager with no bothering off-flavors and very easy to drink. This is superior to the decayed version Original. Still low in hops, but consistent with original recipe. And if my sensorial memory does not fail me, I felt some nostalgy from having Original in Lo Spuntino, 30 years ago.
