Notes
The beer pours a nice cream colored head that dissipates quickly. The beer itself is a really nice brown color. The appearance gives off a nice thick texture to it.
The smell is pretty good. It has a nice light hop bitterness and toffee night. There is also a bit of roasted and slightly smokey note as well. It isn’t super strong but ‘mild’.
The taste has the same notes but they are not as strong as they are in the smell. It’s a bit more bitter and the hop notes are stronger than the malt notes.
The feel is light bodied but has a smooth feel to it. The carbonation is fairly light and it gives the beer a nice creamy feel to it.
Overall, a pretty good beer. It’s nice to have a beer that isn’t uber hoppy or complicated but a nice easy drinking beer to quench my thirst without ruining my ability to do things.
