With stone and soul mega.
A: medium yellow in color with a subdued white head.
S: not getting a whole lot honestly. Maybe a touch of basil.
T: lemony, with some herbal notes. Kinda soapy.
M: medium thick. Moderate carbonation. Slight bitter cling
O: overall, not bad, but also not great, dish soap vibes.

Can dated 9/2/2024:
The beer pours pale golden, with a yelow-leaning hue. It seemed mildly hazy, but as I sit with it backlit right now, I see a fair number of suspended floaties - small in size and firmly entrenched in their positions - not overly pretty, but I've seen worse. The white cap is fluffy and sturdy, leaving a spongy lacing design on the glass, making the floaties the only drag on the looks.
The nose is as promised by two of the can's tasting notes - citrusy and zesty. I am getting a nice does of lemon (guessing the Lemon Drop hops). I'm not getting as much herbal on the nose - though there is a little pith and grass and a background note I think I might be throwing expectations at when I say "piney."
Opening isn't quite as lemony as expected. The bitterness up front might be characterized as lemon-peel like - a thick lemon peel with a lot of white pith. Mid palate brings earthiness and an herbal note I can be more definitive in claiming. The herbal note takes up a good portion of the flavor, though the finish weaves the lemon notes back into the mix. The herbal note starts to mix in fresh cut grass and a little dry pine as I get deeper into the beer.
This is a lighter feeling beer than the 7% ABV could provide, and definitely more in the WC style. There's a clean malt that does only what is necessary to let the hops (and Thai basil?) to be the focus. The bitterness might be a little odd, but not outrageously so... at least not to me.

Slightly hazy straw with big white head, clears as it warms lots of floaties, excellent retention, rings of lace. The amount of floaties takes away from an otherwise beautiful beer.
Lemon zest, mixed citrus, herbal, and spicy (anise) aroma
Lemony (think lemon zest and meyer lemon juice), anise, light malt. The anise flavor from the Thai basil almost gives it a phenolic quality that is reminiscent of a Belgian IPA
Medium-light bodied, soft mouthfeel, well carbonated.
I like it a lot.
Edit, second one of the 4pk doesn't have as many floaties, but they're still in there.
